Bruce was walking from the kitchen sink to the front door. He had a flowerpot catchy plate thing, 14 inches across, full of water. I piped up & said, " It would be a lot easier if you used the hose outside. What if you spill some, forget, & fall down later?" He said, " I won't!" Then he said, "Royanne, open the front door for me!" She had been watching TV and she said "Why? What are you doing with that?"  And he said," It is water for the birds." And she said, " It would be a lot easier if you used the hose outside."

Tardiness

We were late to church again today. Unlike school, no tardy slip is issued. There were 2 dress changes, 2 sock changes, several shoe refusals. If her feet are growing at the rate she claims, she'll be my size next week!!
