Airport Patriotism

As we walked down the hallway of flags she began to recite the Pledge of Allegiance.
My big first grader!

I think R got knocked on the head, real hard, recently.

She told me she has too many clothes!

I pulled up in the driveway after field day. For 45 seconds
we just sat there in the car and the a/c in silence.
I said "So, Royanne, are you too tired to go in the house?"
One second, 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds then ...
"What if I am?"



 We're. WHOOPED!

Toe Nails

Royanne wants to have her toe nails painted again
and she wants them to be rainbow’ed. 

R: "Mom, how many colors are there in the rainbow?"
Me: "six, I think. Why?"
R: "oh no! I wish I had 6 toes."
